3 Bedroom Villa, By the Month

You book a whole villa with its own pool, kitchen and living room. This is private accommodation, not a shared coliving house. Villa 1 and Villa 2 each sleep up to four guests; Villa 3 sleeps up to six. Other villas may be occupied unless you reserve all three.

Each villa has a dedicated air-conditioned office separate from the living area. The three-bedroom villa has a two-person office with a whiteboard. Fibre WiFi is available, but speeds and service can vary. Tell us how many people will work and whether you need simultaneous video calls; ask for current connection details before booking.

Send your dates, guest count and preferred villa size. Confirm the available unit, electricity charges above the included allowance, payment terms and any family or work requirements. Breakfast and optional services such as a private chef are not part of the monthly package.

28 to 30 nights, depending on the month. That gets you the flat monthly rate instead of the nightly rate, plus time to actually settle in.

No. Monthly rentals come with a different inclusion package than a short stay: housekeeping three times a week, water, WiFi, and electricity included up to Rp 2,000,000 a month. Breakfast isn't part of it, but the kitchen is fully equipped if you'd rather cook, and we can arrange a private chef on request.
